   True pleasure to piece of work with the people. Strong civilization of inclusivity, empathy, and support.

   Cons

   Disruptive, sometime misleading, and disorganized contingent to permanent hiring practices. They justify all of it, but there is plenty of room for clarity and transparency that would not be that hard to bear out.

    Great mission and variety of jobs inside system- great benefits and enough of fun people to piece of work with. It'southward a large system so piece of work experiences tin can be quite different.

    Cons

    No consistent leadership approach- high variability in leadership competency and limited structured talent development. Plenty of opportunity within visitor. Yous only need to go detect it yourself.
